The Asia Pacific “One Belt, One Road” Tourism Industry Fund is set up with a long-term vision to promote the tourism sector in the country along the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
One Belt, One Road (OBOR) is a development strategy proposed by the Chinese paramount leader Xi Jinping that focuses on the connectivity and cooperation among countries primarily between the People’s Republic of China and the rest of Euraisa. We are here to make a contribution by investing in relevant projects in the OBOR trade route.

Perdana Quay Eco Marine Park Pantai Kok, Lankawi Development

With total land size of 8.4 acres, we are here to develop a recreation and leisure region comprises an Eco Marine Park, club house, Nelayan Pier, pods restaurant, a retail rehabilitation, water sports village, lighthouse restaurant and a lighthouse.


Dickson Bay

Dickson Bay is owned by Tanco Holdings Berha, a listed company in the main board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and will be developed by Palm Springs Development Sdn Bhd. It spreads over 400 acres and it is planned to be the largest integrated resort in Port Dickson. It comprises a water theme park, an international spa village, retirement village, international hotels, serviced suites, wellness zone, marina, 18-hole international golf course and duty-free shopping outlets with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RMB 5 billion.

In addition, 6 islands will be reclaimed totaling 228 acres designated for luxury residential villas, hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, bistros, and a cruise ship terminal.
